“So many signs are simply mass produced and seem to lack the true spirit of what a sign should convey for the company.
We wanted something different, vintage-like and creative and were surprisingly able to get that out of Affordable Channel Letters. We really appreciated the genuine enthusiasm for our project from the owner; many people just do the job. But, he was honest and helpful and very creative for us. He even added the light animation at the last minute to help it stand out and really get noticed! And for free! He was also open to us adding a marque box to the project even though we had finished the initial plans; the marque has come in super handy.
The project took about three months but it was a big one. An eight foot oval, double-sided sign with all hand blown glass…clearly we were going for quality. Quality is what we got! We get compliments on our sign all of the time. We’re very happy with the quality of the product and the follow up service from Affordable Channel Letters!“

“Ray was such a huge help and was kind enough to change out the transformer for me right then and there and took him maybe 15-20 minutes and the whole experience of him diagnosing your sign if you’re there for a repair and giving you the quote once he’s diagnosed the issue is just awesome and you don’t get that kind of great customer service at many places these days… especially when it comes to electronics repair!
